A narrow escape!

Dear friends and family,
Let me tell you about my plane trip to California…….Everything was fine leaving Omaha…I got my ticket OK…got on the plane OK….Landed in Phoenix fine……The plane was going on to Los Angeles……I wondered why I had an extra boarding pass…..but I figured what the heck….Then as the plane rolled away from the gate the pilot announced that the plane was going to LAX…….I wanted to go to Burbank…..I told the steward and he told the captian….but the plane continued to get under way.
“Well I guess your going to LAX ,” one of the fellow passengers tried to console me….but he was wrong! The pilot directed the plane to the correct gate….I got my bags from the overhead…..and I left the plane amid cheers and clapping……Am I lucky or what? JB/Dad

Thanks for posting my story….I guess you won’t be celebrating Thansgiving in Europe….Your Aunt Sandi…is flying out here (California) for Thanksgiving. John Pearson recovery is satisfactory…as long as the cancer doesn’t re-appear.
oh Ben…..was I lucky….again…and to think I could have been in St. Petersburg…Ha…Dad
